We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Business-to-Business (B2B) Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads. As part of the marketing team, the Lead Generation Specialist must be a strong team player with a proven track record of success in setting executive-level appointments and generating new business using a combination of phone, email, and social media outreach. Successful candidates will be comfortable and thrive on the phone to secure meetings for our Account Executives. The Lead Generation Specialist will report to the Director of Marketing. This position offers an opportunity to expand professionally and accept additional marketing and demand generation responsibilities.

- Book appointments with targeted accounts

- Demand generation, drive brand awareness via social media
- Bachelor's degree, prefer Marketing or Communications major
- 1-3 years' telemarketing, telesales, marcom, or appointment setting experience
- Comfortable on the phone and with social media tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Desire and demonstrated success in prospecting and identifying sales opportunities
- Self-motivated, energetic
- Retail / fashion industry experience is a plus
- Knowledge of social media and marketing tools also a plus
- Prefer New York City-based
